Abide In Me

Scripture is the foundation of all that we do in our ministry. But studying Scripture is never an end in itself, an "object" to be "mastered." Rather, the Bible contains the stories and traditions of our ancestors in faith that were gathered and kept so that God's people might be formed ever more deeply and completely into the image of God. For Christians, this means being formed into the Body of Christ, individually and collectively.

To this end, we offer a variety of opportunities for small groups to grow with one another in this wonderful process of transformation. We are open to a variety of formats that fit the needs of churches and other existing small groups, but whatever we do includes time for prayer (in silence, word, song and movement) scripture and sharing (in pairs, triads or small groups). Here are some of the themes we've offered or plan to offer:

• spiritual discernment
• introduction to the classic spiritual disciplines
• living sabbath in everyday life
• being peace from the inside out
• prayer and discipleship
• forgiveness and reconciliation
• prayer and the body
